Viva Skin VIP Membership Program

Membership Fee:

• There's a $150 processing fee. The monthly membership fee is $199 which is billed on the first of each month. The $150 processing fee is annual and will be charged upon renewal.

• The membership fee will be charged automatically to the payment method on file.

• The membership fee is non-refundable.

Membership Duration:

• Membership is on a 12 month term and automatically renews unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Benefits and Discounts:​​​

• Monthly fees are converted into credits and deposited into the Member's wallet, available for service and product redemption. These credits remain valid for one year from the date they are earned. If the wallet credits do not cover the full cost of a treatment, the Member is responsible for the remaining balance. Please note that accrued credits do not carry over to the next renewal cycle.

• Members will receive one complimentary Microneedling session with PRP or chemical peel for their birthday.

• Members receive one complimentary consultation per annual membership for customized treatment planning.

• Members will receive Neuromodulators at a fixed price of $12.00 per unit.

• Additional treatments and services are available at a discounted rate of 10% off the regular price ( excluding package deals, neuromodulator banks, and semaglutide treatments).

• Members receive a discount of 15% on in-house skincare products.

Non- Stackable Discounts: Membership discounts are standalone and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions offered by Viva Skin. For example, if a service has a promotional discount of 15%, members cannot add their usual 10% membership discount on top of the promotional offer.

Loyalty Program Exception: Discounts from vendor loyalty programs like Alle, Aspire, Merz Xperience+ can be use alongside member discounts, providing extra savings.

Priority Booking:

• Members receive priority booking and scheduling for appointments.

Cancellation Policy:

• Members may cancel their membership with a 30-day notice in writing or through the Viva Skin’s online account portal - with the condition of paying the balance for the remaining membership term ( if less than 12 months)

• Upon cancellation, all benefits will cease immediately, and any unused monthly treatment will be forfeited.

• Viva Skin reserves the right to terminate the membership for any breach of the company’s policies, without refund of any accrued fees.

Payment Terms:

• ​​​​​Accepted Payment Methods: credit card, debit card, ACH. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express for this program.

• Late Payment Policy: Payments overdue by more than 10 days will incur a $25 late fee.

Declined cards or Chargebacks:

• In the event of a declined card or chargeback, the Member will be notified and given a 7 day grace period to update payment information or resolve the issue. Failure to address the declined payment within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of membership privileges until the matter is resolved. Please refer to our company policy for more information regarding chargebacks.

Refunds and Credits:

• Membership fees and treatments are non-refundable.

• No credits or rollovers will be provided for unused treatments.

Appointment No-Shows and Late Cancellations:

• Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Failure to cancel within the specified time frame or not showing up for an appointment will result in forfeiture of the complimentary treatment.

Changes to Membership Program:

• The medical spa reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program, benefits, and terms and conditions with 30 days’ notice to the Member.

• Members will be notified of any changes via email or the medical spa's website.

Privacy Policy:

• The medical spa's privacy policy applies to all members and their information.
